MOSCOW, Jan 10 (PRIME) -- Russia’s government has reduced a fee for associated gas flaring emissions at Arctic offshore fields by four times for 2020-2030 to encourage development of Russia’s Arctic fields, according to a ruling released on the government’s Web site on Wednesday.
